  • Oversees and maintains all reading room visitor workflows, policies, and collateral.

  • Manages three part-time staff members to provide a welcoming space to researchers of all experience levels

  • Tests the Sourcery web application and provides feedback to the Greenhouse Studios team at University of Connecticut for improvements for both researchers and reference practitioners
